The development of bilateral cooperation was during a meeting between the Vice Director of Development and Resource Management of the Iran’s National Elites Foundation with the Head of YSF Planning & Management Committee on March 2nd, 2024 at the Iran’s National Elites Foundation.
Dr. Farshad Soleimani, the Vice Director of Development and Resource Management of Iran’s National Elites Foundation, expressed satisfaction with the meeting and mentioned the ongoing Shetab and Shahab projects as projects being implemented by the foundation.
As a faculty member of Malayer University, he further explained that the Shetab plans the formation of people’s centers, which identify talented individuals, especially students in deprived areas.
Referring to the capacity of think tank boards, he announced the formation of these boards as think tanks in various fields, focusing on problem-solving for government organizations.
Dr. Nasser Gholami, the Head of YSF Planning & Management Committee, welcomed the idea of think tanks and proposed the establishment of think tanks specially focused on basic sciences in collaboration with the YSF.
The Head of YSF Planning & Management Committee announced the readiness of the Jamili Science and Technology Foundation, an active organization dedicated to creating employment opportunities for youth.
Finally, it was decided to sign a memorandum of understanding (MoU) between Iran’s National Elites Foundation and the Jamili Science and Technology Foundation to implement the proposed initiatives.
