On September 18, 2023, the Young Scientists Festival (YSF) convened the second brainstorming meeting in preparation for the upcoming congress of basic science celebration.
The gathering was dedicated to a comprehensive discussion of essential elements and a review of completed tasks essential to the seamless execution of the congress.
The meeting encompassed various critical topics, including the selection of an appropriate name for the congress, analysis of the celebration date and the appointed conductor, the specialized panels of this event, the facilitation of the virtual participation of accomplished Iranian scholars living abroad through online platforms, the evaluation of recommended nominees for keynote speeches, and the arrangement of exhibition booths to enhance the event’s impact.
Dr. Nafiseh Azad, VC Investment Manager at Aan Innovation Group provided valuable insights into the participation of Venture Capital Firms in the congress, shedding light on their potential contributions.
Furthermore, Dr. Elham Moeini Fard, CEO at Zminetech Accelerator recommended the inclusion of business consultants in the congress, recognizing the invaluable expertise they could bring to the table.
As a result of these deliberations, it was decided to disseminate information about the congress widely, targeting both the public and academic communities to ensure a successful and inclusive event.
