Following a productive meeting between the YSF executive manager and the director of the Kanoon IP Academy, new decisions have been made to enhance collaboration between the two institutions at both national and international levels.
YSF executive manager emphasized the registration of achievements by ideators as one of the key concerns of this scientific event. He proposed organizing educational events on the process of idea registration and invention.
Dr. Khatami Maab, a representative of the Kanoon IP Academy, highlighted the primary objective of the academy as increasing awareness in the field of patent registration and related laws.
The director of the Kanoon IP Academy stated: “Through the design of practical training courses, identification of relevant educational topics, recognition of experienced instructors, and the development of resources and supporting materials for training courses, this academy provides opportunities for both general and specialized knowledge enhancement.”
She recognized the areas of collaboration between the Kanoon IP Academy and YSF to include invention evaluation and mentoring, intellectual property assessment, and the organization of implementable educational events.
Considering that promoting science is a top priority for both institutions, it was decided to promptly establish a bilateral memorandum of understanding (MoU) and organize specialized joint events.
