The Strategic committee meeting was held on Saturday, June 15, at the Permanent Secretariat of the Festival with the presence of all members. In this meeting, the final poster design of the fourth festival was reviewed and final approval was confirmed.
Also, the axes of the festival were discussed and it was decided that this year, in addition to the five basic sciences, “Corona’s effect on the biological pattern” will be added to the festival’s axis. In the following, members emphasized the widespread and comprehensive notification.
The call for the festival will be announced to the ideators on June15, 2020. The festival portal will be reopened on August 8, 2020, and the ideators will be able to upload their ideas until October9, 2020.
At the end, a report was announced about the winners of the third festival, who are based in the accelerator, and the members presented their opinions.
