The Strategic Committee of the Young Scientists’ Festival praised the selected teams of the 99/99 Idea Project at the Permanent Secretariat, on Saturday, April 25.
In this meeting, which was attended by members of the Strategic Committee and the three selected teams of the 99/99 project, the ideators presented their additional explanations of their ideas, expressed their views on holding the Fourth festival and also announced their readiness to cooperate in the various sectors of the festival.
Dr. Zahedi, the secretary of the scientific committee of the festival, explained the judging process of the ideas received by the expert arbitration team and added that according to the eleven scoring indicators, 61 received ideas were eligible to enter the judging stage, maximum score in this evaluation with different criteria, was considered 150, among which the selected ideas should have obtained at least 70% of the total points (105 points) so that none of them (individual / team) could get the required minimum score (105 points).
Therefore, in order to support and encourage the participants of this project, the arbitral committee announced three ideas of the teams (Rahpouyan 7, Azarkar and Simitim) as selected.
Dr. Gholami, Secretary of the Strategic Committee, and Dr. Jamili, Head of the Permanent Secretariat of the Festival, asked questions about the ideas, and the ideators provided additional answers. At the end, the three selected teams were praised and it was decided that their awards would be presented soon.
Considering the key points in these meetings, it was suggested that the other ideators of the “99/99” project be invited to share their thoughts and be appreciated in the future meetings of the Strategic Committee.
در ادامه اقای دکتر زاهدی دبیر کمیته علمی جشنواره به تشریح روند داوری ایده های دریافتی توسط تیم داوری متخصص پرداختند و افزودند با توجه به یازده شاخص امتیازدهی، ۶۱ ایده دریافتی حائز شرایط ورود به مرحله داوری بودند، امتیاز بیشینه در این ارزیابی با معیار های مختلف ۱۵۰ در نظر گرفته شده بود که در این میان ایده های برگزیده می بایست حداقل ۷۰ درصد امتیاز کل(۱۰۵امتیاز) را کسب می نمودندکه هیچ یک از آنان (فردی/تیمی) نتوانستند حداقل امتیاز لازم(۱۰۵ امتیاز) را کسب نمایند. از این رو کمیته داوری به منظور حمایت و دلگرمی مشارکت کنندگان این طرح۳ ایده تیم های( رهپویان۷، آذرکار و سیمیتیم) را به عنوان منتخب اعلام نمودند.
آقای دکتر غلامی دبیر کمیته راهبردی و خانم دکتر جمیلی رئیس دبیرخانه دائمی جشنواره سوالاتی را در خصوص ایده ها مطرح نمودند و ایده پردازان پاسخ های تکمیلی را ارائه دادند. در پایان از سه تیم منتخب تقدیر و تشکر بعمل آمد و مقرر گردید جوایز آنان به زودی تقدیم گردد. با توجه به ارائه نکات کلیدی در این جلسات پیشنهاد شد از سایر ایده پردازان طرح۹۹/۹۹ نیز جهت همفکری و تشکر در جلسات آتی کمیته راهبردی دعوت بعمل آید.
