The Executive Committee meeting was held on Sunday, May31, at the Permanent Secretariat of the Festival with the presence of Dr. Jamili, Dr. Eskandari, Mr. Gholami and Mr. Moaddab. In this meeting, the executive issues of the fourth festival were discussed and Mr. Moaddab presented his suggestions regarding some of the executive issues and then the other members expressed the experiences of the previous years.
After discussion, it was decided at the end that the final decision on the call for the fourth festival and the poster will be determined at the meeting of the specialized commission.
