The University of Tehran held an orientation day to celebrate and welcome the newly admitted students for the new academic year which was held with the presence of the University of Tehran’s President, faculty members, staff, and the current and former students of the university.
During the ceremony, Prof. Hosseini, the university president, congratulated the new students on their admission to the University of Tehran and emphasized that this university has sufficient potential for interdisciplinary spaces for various scientific, cultural, political, and social activities.
The Young Scientists Festival (YSF) held two sections for the students, where YSF representatives welcomed and introduced them to the YSF’s activities. The new students have also received a memento gift from the Young Scientists Festival.
