On April 16, 2025, Dr. Soroush Moaddab, Executive Manager of the Young Scientists Festival, met with Dr. Basti, Vice President for Research and Technology at Guilan University, to discuss potential collaboration opportunities. Dr. Bahman Sharifzadeh, head of the University of Guilan’s Growth Center, was also present at the meeting.
The discussion centered on the importance of expanding promotional, educational, and cultural activities in basic sciences and innovation, where both institutions agreed to jointly organize a series of events. Additionally, the meeting specifically addressed the need for greater publicity of the Young Scientists Festival across the Guilan University and also encouraged the faculty members of this university to participate in evaluating the proposals received by the YSF Secretary.
This collaboration is expected to help identify and support young researchers in scientific and entrepreneurial fields.
