On August 20, 2024, a meeting was held to recognize the efforts of Dr. Shadi Jamili, the Director of the YSF Secretariat. The meeting, which included esteemed guests from the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology, acknowledged the Jamili Science and Technology Foundation’s support in basic science fields and young talents.
Dr. Peyman Salehi-Vice President for Research and Technology expressed gratitude to the Jamali Science and Technology Foundation for organizing the Young Scientists Festival. He emphasized the value of this endeavor in promoting science and technology in the country. Similarly, Dr. Samad Nejad Ebrahimi, Director General of the Office of Policy and Planning for Research Affairs, underscored the significance of basic sciences in the country’s development.
The meeting also provided an opportunity for Dr. Shadi Jamali and Dr. Soroush Moaddab, YSF Executive Manager, to extend their appreciation to the esteemed guests for their valuable cooperation and guidance.
