Among the support of the festival is the teaching the commercialization skills to young researchers. Academy of Aancoo hold the coaching and mentoring services of the festival teams by an online course for ideators and startup sections in spring 2023.
During this online sessions, the following topics were taught to the applicants: communicational and behavioral skill of presentations, effective team formation, evaluating and validating of the ideas, identifying and categorizing of customers, analyzing growth rate of the market (entering a new market, managing customer relationships), designing marketing strategies, identifying competitors and designing of competitive advantage, clarifying the steps of the process, identifying key resources needed for business, identifying key parameters needed to access national and international markets, designing of revenue model types, estimating costs and budget, methods for providing financial resources, creating a MVP (Minimum Viable Product), identifying early adopters for a business idea, validating product-market fit, designing service distribution channels in business, pitch deck, and product presentation.
Faezeh Rezaei (Trainer, Mentor and Human Resources Consultant), Katayoun Sepehri (CEO of Manesh Accelerator), Maisam Zargarpour (Founder of the 10 am Podcast), Mohammed Hossain Mohseni (Product Manager and Co-Founder at Puzzley Online Mobile Application Builder) were among the trainers of this course. Nafiseh Azad (VC Investment Manager at Aancoo Academy) and Mr. Soroush Moaddab (YSF Executive Manager) were also the mentors of this course.
